培养大批卓越工程师是实现中国式现代化重要条件,"双一流"行业特色理工高校是培养大批卓越工程师的主力军.针对卓越工程师培养的困境,W大学工程硕士研究生培养不断探索,形成了"国家—企业—导师—研究生"四位一体的卓越工程师培养路径:即从国家角度,形成以研究"真问题"驱动的研究生工程综合能力培养体系,从企业角度,明确企业责、权、利,调动企业积极性;从导师角度,促进校企导师协同;从研究生角度,认可学术成果多样性,助力研究生更快成长为工程师.

Training a large number of excellent engineers is an important condition for realizing Chinese modernization,"Double first-class"industry characteristic science and technology colleges are the main force to train a large number of excellent engineers.For the dilemma of training excellent engineers,by continuous exploration in the cultivation of engineering master students in W University,it has formed a four-in-one excellent engineer training path of"state-enterprise-tutor-postgraduate".That is,from the national point of view,to form a graduate engineering comprehensive ability training system driven by research"true problem";From the perspective of enterprises,the responsibilities,rights and interests of enterprises should be clarified to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises;From the mentor point of view,promote the cooperation between school and enterprise mentors;From the perspective of graduate students,the diversity of academic achievements is recognized to help graduate students grow into engineers faster.
