摘要

学分制在高校科普教育中的创新性实践对于大学生的成长、科普工作的推进和公民素质的提升具有重要的意义,能让科普教育相对牢固地"驻扎"进学校教育的规范体系,是对学校教育教学体系的一个有益补充.它既可使大学生接受基本的科普教育,也可使大学生参与科普知识的传播.目前,高校实施科普学分制在思想认识、课程体系、师资队伍、科普资源、制度保障等方面还面临着一系列的问题.我们可以通过加强顶层设计、健全课程体系、完善弹性学制、实施好学分绩点制等来探索高校科普学分制的实现路径,并通过建立思想、机制、人才、质量等保障体系予以支撑.

Abstract

The innovative practice of the credit system in popular science education in universities is of great significance for the growth of college students,the promotion of popular science work,and the improvement of citizen quality.It can make popular science education relatively firmly"stationed"in the standardized system of school education,and is a beneficial supplement to the school education and teaching system.At present,the implementation of the science popularization credit system in universities still faces a series of problems in terms of ideological understanding,curriculum system,teaching staff,science popularization resources,and institutional guarantee.We can explore the implementation path of the science popularization credit system in universities by strengthening top-level design,improving the curriculum system,improving the flexible learning system,and implementing the credit point system.By establishing a guarantee system for the science popularization credit system in universities,we can cultivate talents with scientific literacy and the ability to disseminate science popularization,effectively promoting the development of science popularization work.
