Connotation and Cultivation Path of Internationalized and Integrated Foreign Language Talents in the New Era
In the context of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the New Liberal Arts,the cultivation of international talents is the strategic demand of national development,which is feasible and promotive.According to the need of the regional economy and on the basis of exploring the connotation of internationalized and integrated foreign language talents in application-oriented colleges and universities in the new era,this paper has constructed an internationalized and integrated foreign language talent training model with the educational concept of"Market to tract,and use to learn".This model advocates the internationalization and integration of mainly four aspects,comprising curriculum,teaching staff,teaching model and scientific evaluation mechanism in the process of teaching implementation,emphasizing the three requirements of"optimizing theory,strengthening practice and internalizing quality",so as to realize the English talent training path that organically integrates knowledge,ability,quality and value guidance into the whole process,with a view to providing some inspiration for local undergraduate application-oriented universities in the cultivation of international foreign language talents in the new era.
