The Hubei plays selected into One Hundred Years and One Hundred Plays,such as The Promotion of Xu Jiujing,The Gao Yao Zhang,The Ship Together,Waiting for Husband in December,etc.,are the important achievements in the stage art of the province since the Reform and Opening-up,and the creation of these plays has benefited from the developments of Hubei's cultural ecosystem.On the one hand,the establishment of the external cultural ecological mechanism covering the cultural system,the troupe system and the performance market has provided a stable and lasting guarantee for the creation,dissemination and inheritance of the repertoire;on the other hand,theater workers represented by Yu Xiaoyu and Shen Hongguang have actively explored the modern transformation of the theater art form,explored in-depth the connotation of the local culture,and grasped the emotional and value orientations of the contemporary audience,thus creating an innovative and open internal cultural environment.At present,the theater industry in our province is facing the dilemma of the lack of leading figures and the decline in the level of the creative team,and the cultivation of directing and creative talents needs to be paid great attention.
