Strengthening the construction of digital government and enhancing the government's capacity to provide employment and entrepreneurship services,thereby facilitating the advancement of employment and entrepreneurship,aligns with China's developmental requirements in the new era.Relevant government officials,employees and entrepreneurs from relevant departments in the representative areas of southern,central and northern Fujian Province were selected as the interviewees.The semi-structured interview was conducted using ATLAS.ti 23 software to analyze the interview findings,leading to the conclusion that the government faces challenges in terms of employment and entrepreneurship services,including incomplete information disclosure,an underdeveloped service system,and a need for improved service quality.The negative impacts of the issue are analyzed using the triple theory of information asymmetry,transaction costs,and new public services.Finally,recommendations for solutions are made using the theory from the strengthening of digital government construction.In order to make theoretical contributions,digital government building should be used to support employment and entrepreneurship,protect people's livelihoods,stabilize society,and advance economic and social growth.
