基于教学不对称性理论的"师—生—校"三维博弈模型及其策略分析

摘要
新课程改革召唤教师和学生双主体,由于教师和学生两个主体的差异性,教学中存在师生的不对称,并表现在物质、能量和信息三个方面.在教学系统中,师生的不对称性必然产生博弈,本文建立了一个"师—生—校"的三维博弈模型,从教学不对称性理论的角度,洞察教学的对称性、剖析教学的不对称性,揭示了教学过程中多方动态博弈过程,从而实现"不对称—对称"两者之间相互转化的教学策略,为实现有效教学提供新的思路.
Abstract
The new curriculum reform calls for teachers and students to be double subjects.Due to the differences between teachers and students,there is an asymmetry between teachers and students in teaching and learning,which is manifested in the three dimensions of material,energy and information.In the teaching system,the asymmetry of teachers and students will inevitably produce games,so this paper establishes a"teacher-student-school"three-dimensional game model.It reveals the multi-party dynamic game process in the teaching process,provides insight into the symmetry of teaching from the perspective of teaching asymmetry theory,analyses the asymmetry of teaching,thus realizing the teaching strategy of"asymmetry-symmetry"which transforms both of them into each other,and provides a new way of thinking for the realization of effective teaching.
