思政课一体化视域下提升法治教育亲和力的路径研究

摘要
全面建设社会主义法治国家,迫切需要加强和改善青少年法治教育.提升法治教育亲和力是思政课内涵式发展的重要目标,实现这一目标需要从教育目标、教育内容、教育方法、教育队伍等方面推进一体化建设.通过思想引领统筹教育目标,遵循思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律、学生成长规律优化教育内容,优选适宜的教学模式、教育手段、评价方法,强化教师培训、构建教师共同体、完善教育队伍管理机制,提升法治教育的感召力、吸引力、说服力和感染力.
Abstract
It is urgent to strengthen and improve law education of young people in order to comprehensively build a socialist modernized country of rule of law.Enhancing the affinity of law education is an important goal of the connotative development of ideological and political education.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to promote integrated construction from the aspects of educational goals,educational content,educational methods,and educational teams.Enhance the appeal of legal education by coordinating educational goals.Enhance the attractiveness of law education by optimizing educational content.Enhance the persuasiveness of legal education by optimizing teaching and evaluation methods.Enhance the infectiousness of law education by integrating the teaching staff.
