社会工作伦理教育困境及优化路径探索

社会工作伦理教育是支撑社会工作专业化、职业化发展的重要基础.然而本土化伦理体系不完善,伦理教学缺乏依据;师资力量与人才培养目标不匹配,伦理教学效果式微;实践教育欠缺,伦理专业价值内化不足等现实性问题仍然存在.其解决路径可以从政策层面助力社会工作伦理体系完善,从教学层面加强师资队伍培养,推进高质量教师队伍建设以及在实践层面重视课堂延伸,助力专业价值内化.通过从以上三个层面出发对社会工作伦理教育进行理论与实践的互构优化,有助于提升社会工作伦理教育的整体质量并推进社会工作服务的高质量发展.
Exploration of Optimizing the Teaching of Social Work Ethics Course
Social work ethics education is an important foundation for the professional and professional development of social work.However,there are still problems such as imperfect ethical system,lack of basis for ethical teaching;insufficient teaching staff,ineffectiveness of ethical teaching,lack of practical education and inadequate internalization of ethical values.The solution lies in improvement of the ethical system of social work at the policy level,improvement of the training of teaching staff at the teaching level,construction of high-quality teaching staff,and classroom extension at the practical level for internalization of values.Optimizing the theory and practice of social work ethics education at the above three levels can help improve the overall quality of social work ethics education and promote the high-quality development of social work services.
