Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Economics Majors in Medical Colleges under the Guidance of"Five-in-One"
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an extension of the training of economics and management majors and a supplement to education of professionals.Starting from the characteristics of the training of economics and management talents in medical colleges,the teaching mode is optimized according to the five-in-one thinking of"medical characteristics+theoretical classics+practical experience+intelligent teaching+independent design".The training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for economic and management majors is defined in terms of medical characteristics.Based on the curriculum structure of innovative and effective practical teaching driven by the two wheels of"theoretical classics"and"practical experience",collaborative training of talents is promoted with multi-class cooperation.Based on smart teaching and autonomous design,this paper provides theoretical support for improving teachers'practical teaching and fostering students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the perspectives of teachers and students.
