新工科、新文科交叉融合背景下青年教师创新创业能力提升路径研究

随着社会的发展和教育的改革,新工科和新文科的交叉融合已经成为一个重要趋势.青年教师是教育领域的生力军,他们在新工科、新文科交叉融合中的创新创业能力提升路径对于教育发展具有重要意义.以青年教师创新创业能力提升为研究对象,首先对新工科、新文科交叉融合的背景进行了解读,并阐明了学科交叉融合的重要作用,其后明确了青年教师创新创业能力的内涵即五种基本能力,接着就当前青年教师创新创业能力提升所面临的瓶颈进行深入分析,最后提出青年教师在学科交叉融合背景下创新创业能力提升的耦合协同发展路径,以期为高校青年教师创新创业能力提升提供参考.
Research on Ways to Improve Young Teachers'Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Background of Cross-Integration of New Engineering and New Liberal Arts
With the development of society and the reform of education,cross-integration of new engineering and new liberal arts has become an important trend.Young teachers are the new force in the field of education,and improvement of their innovative and entrepreneurial ability in the cross-integration of new engineering and new liberal arts is of great significance to the development of education.This study takes the improvement of young teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship as the research object.First,the background of cross-integration of new engineering and new liberal arts is studied,and the important role of cross-integration of disciplines is expounded.Then,the connotation of young teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,namely five basic abilities,is defined.Finally,a coupling and collaborative development method for young teachers to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of interdisciplinary integration is proposed,in order to provide valuable reference for young teachers in colleges and universities to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
