Study of Quality of Ideological and Political Teaching Team in County Primary and Secondary Schools
The ideological and political teachers in county primary and secondary schools serve as the backbone of the domestic ideological and political education in primary schools.Based on the investigation on ideological and political teachers in elementary and middle schools in four counties of Hubei Province,this paper will focus on the allocation structure,the teaching and research as well as the professional quality of ideological and political teaching team.In order to strengthen the ideological and political teaching team in county schools,it is suggested to provide supports and guarantees for the professional development of teaches in this field with the help of external cooperation,and lead a teacher team by cultivating competent teachers and cadres,together with the training of the ideological and political teachers by classified training and layered promotion mode.Furthermore,teaching with effectiveness and learning with wholeheartedness are required based on the classroom,so as to give full play to the initiative of ideological and political teachers,taking high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education.
