Luminescent Carbon Dots of High Quantum Production Rate
As a zero-dimensional nanoluminescent material,luminescent carbon dots(CDs)has good properties such as a wide range of luminescence,easy regulation of luminescence,and good biocompatibility.It has significant application prospects in sensing detection,biomedical science,and optoelectronic devices.To reveal the characteristics of luminescent CDs of high quantum production rate,this article analyzes and summarizes the preparation methods for achieving high quantum yield(>80%)of CDs,including quantum yield measurement techniques,blue-emitting CDs,yellow-orange-emitting CDs,and red-emitting CDs.The aim is to provide theoretical guidance for the application of highly efficient luminescent CDs.
