Influencing Factors and Suggestions of Undergraduates'Profession Identity in the Program of Excellent Physics Teacher
In this paper,62 students ranging from freshmen to juniors in the program of excellent physics teacher in Hubei Second Normal University were investigated with questionnaire and interview,it is found that factors such as gender,grade and where they are from affect their knowledge of career,expectation and attitude.Students of different genders have different views on physics education career.Students'understanding of physics education career deepen gradually as they become senior students.In addition,difference in students'origins leads to the difference of students'geographical cognition and career orientation in the field of physics education.Based on these findings,the research recommends developing personalized training programs for different groups to enhance professional identity and competencies.Additionally,specific suggestions are provided to improve the vocational emotions and efficacy of teacher trainees.These results provide a useful reference for improving the quality of physics education and promoting the sustainable development of physics education.
