With the urgent requirements of high-quality development of higher education,it is urgent to promote the construction of new engineering and improve the quality of talent training.This paper carries out the research on the training mode of engineering talents with industry characteristics from the aspects of professional construction,construction of diversified education platform,and creation of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the end,the effect of the reform of talent training mode is analyzed and the experience is summarized.
