Users'Willingness to Use Generative AI Tools in Higher Education
Generative artificial intelligence(Generative AI),especially large language models such as ChatGPT,has had an impact on higher education since its appearance,and has also brought opportunities.The willingness of users to use generative AI tools affects the penetration rate and application level in the field of higher education.This paper studies the users'willingness to use generative AI tools in the field of higher education and its influencing factors.By building a structural equation model based on technology acceptance model(TAM)and theory of planned behavior(TPB)on 328 valid questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the factors that affect user willingness to use generative AI tools.Personal factors such as user's attitude and perception ability,tool features such as ease of use and user experience,and educational environment factors such as learning demand and teacher and friend attitude have significant influence on user usage intention.
