任何发展是在特定的时空场域中进行的,因此发展的内涵、模式和特征也只能在特定的时空场域中获得具体界定.在中国特色社会主义新时代这一特定的"时空场域"中,高质量发展是人与自然共生的发展、是随着时空场域的变化而协调各种矛盾关系的自觉发展、是新时空场域中对发展"不平衡、不充分"的一种超越;高质量发展必须坚持以人民为中心,坚持解放思想、实事求是,坚持"重点论"与"两点论"的辩证统一.
Abstract
Any development takes place in specific spatiotemporal contexts,and therefore,the connotation,patterns,and characteristics of development can be defined concretely only within these contexts.In the specific spatiotemporal context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,high-quality development is development in symbiosis with nature,a conscious development that harmonizes various contradictory relationships with the changes in spatiotemporal contexts,and a transcendence of unbalanced and inadequate development in the new spatiotemporal context.High-quality development must adhere to the people-centered approach,adhere to emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,and adhere to the dialectical unity of the"key-point theory"and the"two-point theory".
