迄今为止,我国已实现由计划经济向市场经济转变的巨大飞跃,而老旧小区作为上一时代的遗留产物,已然无法满足人民群众对高质量生活居住条件的需求,故而老旧小区改造成为当前推动城市建设现代化发展进程的重要任务.以J市S区老旧小区为分析案例,立足于该小区改造实践系统探究其在改造进程中所面临的困境,并针对性制定优化策略.
Research on Renovation of Old Residential Areas under the Cooperative Governance of Multiple Subjects——Taking S District of J City as an Example
So far,China has achieved a great leap from the planned economy to the market economy.The old residential areas,which are the legacy of the previous era,have been unable to meet people's need for high-quality living conditions.The renovation of old residential areas has become an important task for urban modernization.Taking the old residential area in S District of J City as an analysis case,this research explores the difficulties in the renovation and proposes targeted optimization strategies in order to provide some theoretical reference for deficiency of the renovation of old residential areas.
