The Teaching Design on Merging the Craftsman Spirit into the Emerging Engineering Education
In the education of new engineering,in order to promote the craftsmanship spirit,this article constructs a teaching design aimed at cultivating the craftsmanship spirit from three aspects:curriculum ideology,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.It focuses on cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,including curriculum ideology design that integrates craftsmanship spirit,comparative teaching methods based on craftsmanship spirit and process evaluation for cultivating craftsmanship spirit.In my teaching practice,I have used these teaching designs,which have significantly enhanced the learning effectiveness of students,and greatly improved their satisfaction with course learning.The students significantly increased their enthusiasm and ability to participate in various competitions and achieved good results in high-level college student competitions in China.
