On Joint Creation of Aid Mechanism of"Five in One"with"Four Precisions"
"Dream Jingchu",the volunteer service team of Hubei University of Education,went to a city in Hubei,for a one-month summer social practice activity.Focusing on precise educational help for left-behind children in Dongbao District,Jingmen City,the investigation and research found that the implementation and perfection of the education and assistance for the left-behind children in communities and towns in this region is to be strengthened.The system is imperfect,and the accuracy and identification of education and assistance targets are relatively low.There are some problems such as lack of content in the design of educational assistance,lack of pertinence and scope and inadequate assessment of educational assistance effects.According to investigation of 7 towns(villages)and 27 communities,the communities and towns(villages)are cultivated,and the"five-in-one"precision assistance educational mechanism focuses on integrating"helping the mind","helping the will","helping the morality","helping the intelligence"and"supporting the skills".It includes accurate identification of help objects,accurate implementation of help subjects,accurate design of help measures and accurate assessment of help effects,and striving to achieve effective coverage of the organization network of contact with young left-behind children,effective convergence of resource projects serving young left-behind children,effective construction of the work field of young left-behind children,and effective activation of help projects for young left-behind children.The mechanism enriches and improves the work system of accurate education and assistance for left-behind children.
