At present,the strategic goal and measure for China's economic development is to develop new quality productive forces,among which green and low-carbon are its prominent features and requirement for high-quality development.This indicates that under the background of"dual carbon",the development of new quality productivity has a solid theoretical foundation.From the perspective of law and economics,using economic theory and legal methods to analyze the problems in the development practice of new quality productivity can not only verify the correctness of relevant theories,but also provide support and guarantee for future economic development,and explore the direction and practical path for the development of new quality productivity in China.
