This paper focuses on the main role of the journal editorial committee in college talent training and talent construction,highlighting the important function of the journal editorial committee in college talent training and how to implement this function.While improving the quality and academic level of the journal,the editorial committee of the journal of the university improves the teachers'academic research level through guiding the manuscript,so as to discover the new academic personnel and cultivate academic talents.It cultivates students'innovative spirit and improves the quality of talent training by checking manuscripts.In terms of the selection of thesis topics,guided by the concept of integration of production and education,it improves the research ability and academic level of teachers and students,promotes the integration of production,learning and research and the integration of production and education,and promotes the improvement of the quality of talent training.Through the construction of expert database and attracting excellent authors,the construction of discipline team and discipline construction can be promoted,and the discovery and training of academic talents can be strengthened to serve the talents training of universities.
