摘要
随着珠三角地区经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整升级，高素质技术技能人才培养成为关键。然而，人才需求结构性矛盾的日益突出，成为行业可持续发展的“硬伤”。结合校本实践案例，通过实施“中职—高职—本科—研究生”人才的培养，为完善现代职业教育体系，打通职业教育立交桥，以期为广东省“先行先试”教育改革作有益探索和推广。
Abstract
With the economic restructuring and industrial upgrading in Pearl River Delta, the importance of cultivating outstanding professionals becomes more and more pronounced. However, the structural contradiction of talent demand is becoming increasingly prominent, and has become the big flaw in the industrial sustainable development. The thesis based on the practice of Guangdong Industry Technical College, which implement the cultivation of “Secondary Vocational Education - Higher Vocational Education - undergraduate Education- graduate Education". We aim to improve the system of modern vocational education, and promote the education reform in Guangdong.
