The Digital Transformation of Vocational Education from the Perspective of New-Quality Productivity:Logical Consistency and Practical Approaches
As an important driving force for economic and social progress,new-quality productivity,driven by revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading,has spurred continuous innovation and change in vocational education to align with the trends of digitalization and intelligent devel-opment.A key challenge in the new era is how vocational education can evolve in step with new-quality productivity.From the perspective of new quality productivity,the practical path of digital transformation for vocational education should prioritize"five key components",focusing on constructing a professional system compatible with new-quality productivity,developing corresponding course resources,cultivating dual-qualified teaching teams,building aligned training bases and compiling inte-grated teaching material system.Thus,these initiatives can effectively improve workers'skill levels,meet the demands of the evolving digital economy,inject robust momentum into the development of new-quality productivity,and highlight the strategic significance of advanced talent cultivation.
