新质生产力深刻诠释了科学技术是第一生产力,彰显了绿色化、数字化、定制化、复杂化、融合化、持续化的时代特征.作为新质生产力的基石,职业教育肩负着培育高技能人才的重担,其技术的进步与革新是推动社会现代化进程的坚实基础和内在动力.目前,我国职业教育在对接新质生产力方面,存在专业设置与新质产业相脱节、人才培养与岗位需求相脱节、教学能力与技术应用相脱节、素质培养与创新需求相脱节等问题.对此,职业院校应迭代专业建设,优化新质产业;促进人才培育,塑造新质能力;革新教学范式,展现新质水平;完善素质养成,开拓创新理念.
Vocational Education Empowering New-Quality Productivity:Characteristics of the Times,Constraints and Practical Paths
New-quality productivity is a new concept that profoundly illustrates the principle that science and technology are the primary productive forces,embodying the era's defining characteristics of green development,digitalization,customization,complexity,integration and sustainability.As the cornerstone of new-quality productivity,vocational education bears the cruci-al responsibility of cultivating high-skilled talent,serving as a robust foundation and an internal driving force for advancing so-cial modernization.However,at present,significant challenges remain in aligning vocational education with the demands of new-quality productivity.These include disconnections between professional program design and new-quality industries,talent cultivation and job market needs,teaching capabilities and technology application,as well as quality development and innova-tion demands.In response,vocational colleges should enhance the alignment of professional programs to support new-quality industries,foster talent development to strengthen new-quality capabilities,innovate teaching paradigms to reflect advanced standards,and improve holistic quality training to develop pioneering and innovative mindsets.
