Research on the Mixed Ownership Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Multiple Institutional Logics
The mixed ownership reform of higher vocational colleges is a collective action involving the cooperation of multiple stakeholders.Multiple stakeholders such as the central government,local governments,enterprises and higher vocational colle-ges have formed their own behavioral logic based on their respective interests,and there are correlation and conflicts among dif-ferent behavioral logics,which makes the mixed ownership reform of higher vocational colleges fall into the dilemma of collec-tive action.Therefore,under the influence of multiple institutional logics,to overcome these dilemmas,it is necessary to im-prove the policy and legal system and establish a robust cooperation system among multiple stakeholders.Additionally,it is es-sential to optimize policy implementation mechanisms to ensure effective application,break the restriction of institutions and mechanisms to increase enterprise participation,and build a coordinated governance structure for multi-stakeholder collabora-tion in talent cultivation,so as to promote the steady development of mixed ownership reform in higher vocational colleges.
