Research on the Evolutionary Game of Government Public Credit Data Supply Chain Governance Adopting Blockchain Technology
[Purpose/significance]This paper discusses the mechanism of integrating blockchain technology into the present social credit system,which aims to solve the problems faced by the government in sharing public credit data,such as low data quality and insuf-ficient collaboration,in order to promote the development of government's public credit data supply chain.[Method/process]Based on a three-party evolutionary game model involving data supplier,government regulator and data user,the paper analyzes the strategy selec-tion of each party,the system equilibrium stability,and the influence of relevant parameters on the process and outcome of evolutionary game.[Result/conclusion]There is at least one defined stable strategy point in the game system.The data sharing on the data suppli-er,strict regulation on the government regulator and the blockchain platform use on the data user are influenced by several variables such as marginal costs,blockchain platform subsidies,value-added benefits from shared data and benefits from data utilization.The numerical relationships between the variables also influence the system's evolutionary stabilization strategy.Based on the simulation result,the pa-per puts forward suggestions on management to optimize incentives,provide data security protection,and reduce the threshold and cost of using blockchain.
