Research on the Income Distribution of Patent Achievements Transformation in Universities from the Perspective of Evolutionary Game
[Purpose/significance]Under the strategic background of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through intellectual property rights,this paper analyzes the problem of income distribution in the transformation of patent achievements in universities,and provides reference for the development of scientific income distribution mechanism of patent a-chievements in universities.[Method/process]Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs a patent achievement transfor-mation model with universities,inventors and enterprises as the main body,and dynamically analyzes the influence of relevant factors of income distribution on the strategic choice of all participants in the transformation of patent achievements in universities.[Result/con-clusion]The study finds that the strategy selection of each participant in the transformation of patent achievements in universities is in-separable from the proportion of income distribution and other factors,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
