面向社会安全风险情报感知模型构建与实现路径研究

摘要
[目的/意义]面对当前社会安全呈现出的不确定性、多样性、复杂关联性态势,充分发掘情报的"耳目"作用,化被动为主动,加强情报的感知能力建设.[方法/过程]分析我国情报感知研究现状,探究社会安全风险情报感知的内涵、影响因素,厘清社会安全风险情报感知不同维度之间的关系,构建出"对象维—技术维—流程维—环境维"四维情报感知模型.[结果/结论]构建社会安全风险情报感知模型,提出对应实现路径,为社会安全风险的治理提供新的思路方法.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]In the face of the uncertainty,diversity and complex correlation of current social security,we should fully explore the"eyes and ears"role of intelligence,turn passive into active,and strengthen the construction of intelligence per-ception ability.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the research status of intelligence perception in China,explores the connotation and influencing factors of social security risk intelligence perception,clarifies the relationship between different dimensions of social secu-rity risk intelligence perception,and constructs a four-dimensional intelligence perception model of"object dimension-technology dimen-sion-process dimension-environment dimension".[Result/conclusion]This paper constructs a social security risk intelligence percep-tion model,proposes corresponding implementation paths,and provides new ideas and methods for the governance of social security risks.
