[目的/意义]探寻信息疫情背景下社交媒体用户信息获取效果的影响因素,可更好地协助相关部门完善突发公共卫生事件的信息传播机制,引导用户进行有效的信息获取行为,进一步推动公共危机信息管理的建设.[方法/过程]基于信息疫情与利益相关者理论,构建社交媒体用户信息获取效果影响因素模型,通过问卷调查获取 305 份样本,使用多元逐步回归法对模型及其相关假设进行检验.[结果/结论]自媒体、发布及时性、谣言信息、社交平台满意度对社交媒体用户信息获取效果具有显著影响.
Research on Information Acquisition Effect of Social Media Users Under Information Epidemic
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the factors influencing the information acquisition effect of social media users in the context of information epidemics,which can better assist relevant departments to improve the information communication mechanism of public health emergencies,guide users to conduct effective information acquisition behaviors,and further promote the construction of pub-lic crisis information management.[Method/process]Based on the information epidemic and stakeholder theory,this paper constructs an influencing factors model of social media users'information acquisition effect.It obtains 305 samples through questionnaire survey and uses multiple step-up regression method to test the model and its related hypotheses.[Result/conclusion]The self-media,timeliness of release,rumor information and social platform satisfaction have a significant impact on the information acquisition effect of social media users.
