高校成果转移转化过程中的专利信息服务对策研究

摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为提升高校专利信息服务能力,促进高校科技成果转化效率提供参考.[方法/过程]通过分析高校科技成果转化过程中专利信息服务的现状及影响因数,分析在专利信息对称性、专利分级分类健全性、专利价值评估完整性的成果及其做法.[结果/结论]高校建立一套集便捷查询、合理分类、高效评估的科研成果评价体系,对保护创新成果、提高科研成果市场竞争力、促进高校专利技术转移转化具有重要意义.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]The aim of this study is to provide reference for improving the patent information service ability of universities and promoting the efficiency of transforming scientific and technological achievements in universities.[Method/process]By analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of patent information services in the process of transforming scientific and tech-nological achievements in universities,this paper analyzes the achievements and practices of patent information symmetry,patent classifi-cation and classification integrity,and patent value evaluation integrity.[Result/conclusion]The paper proposes that universities estab-lish a set of scientific research achievement evaluation system with convenient query,reasonable classification and efficient evalua-tion,which is of great significance to protect innovation achievements,enhance the market competitiveness of scientific research achieve-ments,and promote the transfer and transformation of university patented technology.
