Thinking on the Psychological Education Service of University Library from the Perspective of Mindfulness:Base on the Survey of 36 A-class"Double First-class"Universities
[Purpose/significance]This paper studies the use of mindfulness to carry out mental health services in university li-braries,aims to provide reference for the research and practice of college students'mental health services.[Method/process]This pa-per investigates the current situation of mental health services in36 A-class"double first-class"universities,and takes the NLP logical understanding level as the thinking framework to sort out and analyze the advantages and challenges of university libraries in carrying out mindfulness mental health services.[Result/conclusion]In order to ensure that the efforts of university libraries to carry out mindfulness mental health services are appropriate and effective,this paper proposes the norms and guidance based on the"core values"of libraries,provides support measures from the aspects of ubiquitous mindfulness space service,mindfulness group reading,mindfulness organization and management,and mindfulness scientific research cooperation,actively integrates into the mental health support strategy of colleges and universities,and realizes the mission of psychological education in university libraries.
