Research on the Supply and Demand Matching of Social Media Information Based on Thematic Strategic Coordinate Diagram in the Perspective of Information Supply
[Purpose/significance]Aiming at the problems of mismatch between supply and demand of social media information,the paper proposes a new method to connect supply and demand by using the topic model and strategic coordinate diagram,so as to visually describe the matching situation of supply and demand of information.[Method/process]The paper takes the topic as the analysis unit to describe the measurement indicators of social media theme supply(TS)and theme demand(TD),uses these two indicators to construct a topic strategic coordinate diagram,and proposes supply strategies for information topics in different quadrants in the perspective of information supply,and combines the micro-blog social media brand operation case example to test the feasibility of the method.[Result/conclusion]The thematic strategic diagram visualizes the information supply and demand matching of social media from the perspective of theme,which helps the information provider to find the problem of information supply and demand mismatch,and provides support for the decision-making of the information provider.
