Emotional Framing,Opinion Leaders and Government Trust
[Purpose/significance]Enhancing the public's government trust is an important component of the overall goal of national governance in the new era.The development of new network media such as Weibo continuously increases the influence of Weibo opinion leaders in public events.And their impact on the public's government trust becomes increasingly prominent.[Method/process]With introducing the theory of emotional framing and collecting Weibo opinion leader speech data,the paper uses speech emotion analysis method to measure the emotional frame of opinion leaders.Based on this,the paper also analyses the influence of opinion leaders'emotional frame on the public's government trust.[Result/conclusion]The emotional frame of opinion leaders has a significant positive impact on the public's government trust.That opinion leaders use a positive emotional frame to publish information and enhance the public's government trust.This paper attempts to introduce speech emotion analysis into the research field of government trust,which helps to promote the research and application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in public management,and provides reference for promoting the implementation of national artificial intelligence strategy.
