[目的/意义]联合国于1946年建立了托存图书馆制度.如今,我国共有数十个联合国各机构托存图书馆,负责联合国特藏文献的收藏与管理工作,并向读者提供服务.本文旨在研究其文献资源建设现状及策略.[方法/过程]基于PEST-SWOT 分析方法,对我国拥有联合国托存资格的图书馆在联合国特藏文献资源建设方面存在的优势、劣势、机会和挑战等要素进行系统分析,通过内外因素比较匹配形成相应的特藏文献建设发展策略.[结果/结论]发展策略:推进联合国特藏文献资源数字化转型;开启网络资源本地化保存项目;升级网络资源服务平台;协同共建特色知识库;招录多元化专业人才、提高馆员知识素养与专业能力.
Analysis on the Construction Strategy of the United Nations Special Collections Literature Resources in Chinese Libraries:Based on PEST-SWOT Method
[Purpose/significance]The United Nations established the depository library system in 1946.At present,there are dozens of depository libraries of United Nations agencies in China,which are responsible for the collection and management of United Nations special collections literature and provide services to readers.This paper aims to study the current situation and strategy of its literature resource construction.[Method/process]Based on the PEST-SWOT analysis method,this paper systematically analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of China'libraries with United Nations depository qualifications in the construction of special collection literature resources of the United Nations,and forms the corresponding development strategy of special collection literature resources construction through the comparison and matching of internal and external factors.[Result/conclusion]The development strategy is to promote the digital transformation of the special collection literature resources of the United Nations,open the localization preservation project of network resources,upgrade the network resource service platform,jointly build the characteristic knowledge base,recruit diversified professionals,and improve the knowledge literacy and professional ability of librarians.
