Analysis on the Development of Smart Services under the Construction of Digital Libraries:An Empirical Study Based on the Influencing Factors of User's Willingness to Use
[Purpose/significance]In order to improve the automation service level of library smart services,this study investigates the relevant factors that affect the willingness of library smart service users to use,with the aim of promoting the digital and intelligent development of libraries.[Method/process]The paper combines empirical surveys of library smart services,and analyzes the relevant influencing factors of library smart service users'willingness to use through structural equation modeling,exploring the impact of different conditions on library smart service users'willingness to use.[Result/conclusion]Obtaining expectations,accessibility of services,trust in services,interactive experience,and self-efficacy have a positive impact on users'willingness to use,while usage risk,community influence,and personal traits indirectly affect users'willingness to use.On this basis,the development strategy of library smart services is proposed for the construction of digital libraries,providing reference for promoting the upgrading of digital and automated services in libraries.
