Research on Factors Influencing Continuance Intention of Consultation Mobile Health App Users
[Purpose/significance]Consultation mobile health App is one of the important realization forms of Internet medical services,with patient users conducting medical consultations as its main participants.Understanding the user's usage and intention helps to clearly grasp the current status of the App and provide targeted services for quality improvement and sustainable development.[Method/process]Based on the grounded theory,this study extracts six main categories through in-depth interviews and open coding,spindle coding and selective coding to explore the influencing factors of App users'continuance intention.[Result/conclusion]Based on the analysis,a model of influencing factors of users'continuance intention is constructed,and the results show that user perception,objective situation,individual condition,and privacy concerns are internal and external objective factors affect users'continuance intention.The quality of App and the ability of doctors affect user perception and thus affect users'continuance intention.On this basis,the study analyzes and proposes some problems and improvement strategies for the consultation mobile health Apps from the user's perspective.
