Analysis of Influencing Factors of Public Security Intelligence Information Sharing Based on WSR-DEMATEL Method
[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the various factors that affect the public security intelligence information sharing,and explores the key influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the public security organs to make decisions to improve the efficiency of intelligence information sharing.[Method/process]Based on the WSR system methodology,combined with literature review and experts interviews,this paper constructs the influencing factors system of public security intelligence information sharing,uses the decision-making laboratory analysis method to carry out quantitative research on the identification of key influencing factors,analyzes the influence degree and mutual relationship of various factors on intelligence information sharing,and identifies important influencing factors.[Result/conclusion]Police intelligence information sharing is affected by various factors in different degrees,the five key factors that affect police intelligence information sharing are intelligence personnel's consciousness of sharing,decision makers'idea of sharing,assessment and incentive mechanism,shared technical support and timeliness of intelligence information.
