Research on Library Cultural and Tourism Integration Service Project from User Perspective
[Purpose/significance]Combining User-Centered Design(UCD)and Kano model,this paper investigates and optimizes library cultural and tourism integration service projects from the user perspective,and provides reference for promoting the development of library cultural and tourism integration service.[Method/process]Based on UCD theory,this paper uses the interview method,focus group method and other user research methods to identify 4 types and 28 items of library cultural and tourism integration service projects,designs Kano questionnaire for 28 items and conducts Kano scale analysis,and optimates demand attributes through mixed class analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis.And get the priority ranking of library cultural and tourism integration service projects.[Result/conclusion]According to Kano scale,this paper analyzes 10 charismatic attribute service items,4 expected attribute service items,6 necessary attribute service items,and 8 indifferent attribute service items.Through mixed class analysis,this paper obtains 12 mixed attribute service projects,and uses Better-Worse coefficient analysis to obtain 8 necessary attribute service projects,4 expected attribute service projects,10 charm attribute service projects and 6 indifferent attribute service projects.According to the results of priority ranking,the paper puts forward specific development suggestions for four types of service items:cultural tourism characteristic service,intelligent cultural tourism service,cultural tourism basic service and cultural tourism industry service.
