Study on Evaluation of Library Book Supplier Based on CRITIC-TOPSIS Model
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model of book suppliers,so as to provide decision-making basis and methods for libraries to select book suppliers preferably.[Method/process]Based on the BSC model,the evaluation index system of book suppliers is formed from the dimensions of suppliers'influence,supply capacity,service level,price and response ability,and the CRITIC-TOPSIS evaluation model is constructed to evaluate and select book suppliers.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation model considers the variability and correlation between the evaluation indicators,and alleviates the subjective uncertainty in the selection of book suppliers.It can provide methods and guidance for libraries to select high-quality book suppliers.
