Optimization Analysis of Hospital Library Service Management Mode under the Background of Digitalization
[Purpose/significance]As an important part of the hospital,the hospital library provides information services for the clinical practice,teaching and research,and even administrative work of the hospital.It is the information resource guarantee department of the hospital.Optimizing the service management mode of the hospital library is of great significance to the long-term strategic development of the hospital.[Method/process]This paper expounds the particularity of hospital library,analyzes the problems existing in the existing service management mode of hospital library,and explores the optimization strategy of hospital library service management mode under the background of digitalization.[Result/conclusion]This paper proposes to strengthen the digital infrastructure construction of the whole hospital system and improve the digital management level of hospital library;establish standardized management system to ensure efficient operation of information service system;change the service concept,build accurate user portrait;improve the level of personnel information quality,improve the quality of service management and other countermeasures.
