Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Brand Competitiveness of Innovative Enterprises Based on Knowledge Innovation
[Purpose/significance]Based on knowledge innovation,the paper analyzes the cultivation mechanism of brand com-petitiveness of innovative enterprises,which can fully analyze the essence of brand competitiveness cultivation of innovative enterprises.[Method/process]Through the nested multi-case analysis of the brand competitiveness cultivation process of Star-Net from 1998 to 2022,this paper attempts to explore the brand competitiveness cultivation mechanism of innovative enterprises from three aspects:the source,process and goal of brand competitiveness.[Result/conclusion]The cultivation mechanism of brand competitiveness of innova-tive enterprises includes four sub-mechanisms,among which,the knowledge creation mechanism provides the source power,the intel-lectual property transformation mechanism is used for the final realization of innovation,the innovation incentive mechanism provides the management guarantee,and the feedback mechanism provides the driving force.These four mechanisms are independent and interrelated with each other,affecting the growth of brand competitiveness.
