Research on Group User Portraits Based on Health Information Literacy of Residents in Xinjiang
[Purpose/significance]This paper intends to realize accurate characterization of user characteristics to better under-stand the participation characteristics and information needs of users in online health communities.[Method/process]By climbing the data of patient consultation and comment in online health communities,this paper comprehensively uses BERTopic short text topic analy-sis model and LDA topic analysis method to construct three labels of user portraits:disease theme,consultation demand and emotional inclination,so as to accurately mine the online consultation demand of Xinjiang residents in online health communities and reveal the characteristics of online consultation.[Result/conclusion]The resulting portraits can help medical service providers to further analyze the user's illness and emotional state,and understand the user's needs and pain points;provide reference for medical institutions and doctors to promote the realization of highly personalized modern medical services,continuous optimization and improvement of the quality of medical services,and enhance user satisfaction and trust.
