[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is to discuss the connotation,problems and paths of the systematiza-tion of China's national security legal system.[Method/process]By comparing and analyzing the related concepts of"systematization of national security legal system",this paper sorts out the problems faced by systematization and then puts forward the path of systemati-zation of China's national security legal system.[Result/conclusion]The systematization of China's national security legal system has the characteristics of subject specificity,procedural legality,purpose orientation and process continuity,and there are problems in sub-ject responsibility,specific objectives and practical direction.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a systematic path of national security legal system of"subject responsibility-refinement goal-return to practice".
