摘要
[目的/意义]ChatGPT已对社会产生较大影响.厘清各行业所受不同影响和分散的应对方法,将其上升为一个各行业共同遵守的规则对类ChatGPT人工智能技术的管理有一定意义.[方法/过程]采用人工标引和Python软件相结合的方法对相关文献进行主题分类,找出各行业中ChatGPT的个性特点和共性特征.[结果/结论]鉴于ChatGPT对各行业带来风险的相似性,建议对其治理策略应实行统一原则之下的行业自治模式,在管理、发展和使用ChatGPT时应保持"四种能力"、遵循"五项原则"、把握"两种关系",使得ChatGPT成为人类控制下的、助力社会发展的人工智能工具.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]ChatGPT has given a significant impact on society.Clarifying the different impacts on various industries and the dispersed response methods,and raising them to a set of common rules for all industries have certain significance for the management of ChatGPT-like AI technology.[Method/process]This paper uses the method of combining manual indexing and Py-thon software to classify topics of the relevant literature,and find out the individual characteristics and common characteristics of ChatG-PT in various industries.[Result/conclusion]Given the similarity of risks posed by ChatGPT across various industries,it is recom-mended to adopt a unified principle-based industry self-regulatory model for its governance strategy.When managing,developing and u-sing ChatGPT,it is necessary to maintain the"four abilities",follow the"five principles",and balance the"two relationships",mak-ing ChatGPT an artificial intelligence tool for social development under human control.
