摘要
[目的/意义]红色文献服务平台建设方兴未艾.揭示用户心理期望与红色文献服务平台建设现状的精准匹配,有利于当前红色文献服务平台功能服务提升,为红色文献服务平台的规划设计提供决策依据.[方法/过程]首先通过文献研究、网络调查及专家访谈等对现有红色文献服务平台功能要素进行识别,紧接着借助Kano模型与Better-Worse指数分析对功能要素进行分类,并依据优先次序算法(CPO)对功能要素进行排序;最后,结合我国红色文献服务平台的建设现状,给出功能服务提升策略与建议.[结果/结论]构建了5个维度13项二级指标的红色文献服务平台功能要素体系;对功能要素进行需求分类及排序探索,表证了用户需求的层次性、动态性及优先顺序;结合红色文献服务平台实践现状,提出四个维度的建设思考路径.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]The construction of the red literature service platform is in the ascendant.Revealing the pre-cise matching between user's psychological expectations and the current status of the construction of the red literature service platform is conducive to improving the functional services of the current red literature service platform and provides decision-making basis for the planning and design of the red literature service platform.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper identifies the functional elements of the existing red literature service platform through literature research,online surveys,and expert interviews.Then,the Kano model and Bet-ter-Worse index analysis are used to classify the functional elements,and the priority algorithm(CPO)is used to rank the functional el-ements.Finally,based on the current construction status of China's red literature service platform,strategies and suggestions for impro-ving functional services are proposed.[Results/conclusion]It constructs a functional element system of the red literature service plat-form with 5 dimensions and 13 secondary indicators,explores the demand classification and ranking of functional elements which can demonstrate the hierarchical,dynamic,and priority of user needs,and proposes four dimensions of construction thinking path based on the current practice status of the red literature service platform.
