Identifying Emerging Research Topics in the Field of Financial Risk Management:Taking the Core Journal Data of CNKI as the Research Object
[Purpose/significance]Identifying emerging research topics in the field of financial risk management can discover the business focus of future financial risk management,promote the transformation of academic research results into the industry,and provide reference for financial risk management and practice.[Method/process]Using relevant academic papers from 2007 to 2021 in the jour-nal database of CNKI as an example,it identifies the emerging research topics in the field of financial risk management.Firstly,this pa-per uses the LDA topic model to identify the research topics,and then improves the support document measurement method,integrates the support weight into the index calculation,and establishes an emerging research topic recognition model composed of novelty,growth and influence.Finally,combined with the knowledge of domain experts to verify the effectiveness of emerging topics recognition.[Re-sult/conclusion]This method finds two emerging research topics:internet financial risk and the risk of small and medium-sized com-mercial banks.The results of the identification are compared with the report of authoritative institutions to prove the effectiveness and ac-curacy of the emerging topics identified in this paper.
