Comparative Analysis of Thematic Evolution Trends in the Field of Domestic and International Intellectual Property Research
[Purpose/significance]Under the condition of global economic integration,the role of intellectual property as a strate-gic resource for national development and the core element of international competitiveness has become more prominent.From the formu-lation and implementation of intellectual property policy planning to the construction and development of intellectual property disciplines,there is an urgent need for a panoramic picture of the domestic and international evolution of intellectual property research.[Method/process]Taking CSSCI as the data source of domestic papers and WOS core collection database as the data source of international pa-pers,this paper uses CiteSpace to draw the visual knowledge graph of the domestic and international intellectual property research,ex-plores the evolution context and hot frontiers of the domestic and international intellectual property research,and makes a comparative a-nalysis.[Result/conclusion]The pace of evolution of the domestic and international intellectual property research topics is inconsis-tent.Domestic research has evolved from a predominantly legal-oriented approach to multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary research,which is exploring the development path of intellectual property with Chinese characteristics.
