Research on the Public's Trust in Government Microblogs During COVID-19 Outbreaks Under Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control
[Purpose/significance]Government microblog is one of the main ways for people to obtain the latest epidemic progress under the background of regular epidemic prevention and control.Public's trust in government microblogs has become the focus of re-search and attention.[Method/process]Taking the number of likes,number of retweets and comment trust value calculated based on topic similarity and sentiment analysis as the basis of microblog trust measurement,this paper calculated the public trust in six represent-ative government microblogs.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the public trust in government microblogs differs among regions dur-ing the resurgent outbreak of COVID-19 under regular prevention and control,which mainly due to the attitudes of the government mi-croblogs in dealing with COVID-19 and their microblog operation strategies.The public trust in government microblogs also differs be-tween the period of first outbreak of COVID-19 and the resurgent outbreak under regular epidemic prevention and control,which mainly due to the government's ability to control the epidemic.
