Research on the Influencing Factors of Privacy Disclosure Willingness in Online Healthy Communities Based on Meta-analysis
[Purpose/significance]In view of the differences among the existing research results on the influencing factors of us-ers'privacy disclosure willingness in online healthy communities,this paper makes a systematic quantitative analysis on relevant empiri-cal studies in this field to draw a more objective and universal conclusion.[Method/process]Themeta-analysis method was used to quantify the data collected from 30 empirical studies.[Result/conclusion]Reciprocity norms,self-efficacy,trust,perceived benefits,information support,and emotional support have significant positive effects on users'willingness to disclose privacy in online healthy communities;Perceived risk and privacy concerns have significant negative effects on users'willingness to disclose privacy in online healthy communities.At the same time,this study identified that the heterogeneity between different studies may be related to the differ-ences in cultural background and age of the subjects.
