Research on the Influencing Factors of Users'Adoption Intention of Intelligent Guide Assistant in Exhibition Hall
[Purpose/significance]It is helpful to better meet the needs of consumers'personalized information services by com-prehensively discussing the factors that affect the adoption intention of users of intelligent guide assistants in exhibition halls.[Method/process]Based on the UTAUT2 model,this paper introduced the perceived interactivity to construct the influencing factor model of the user's adoption intention of the intelligent guide assistant in exhibition halls,and tested the model hypothesis based on 310 valid ques-tionnaire data.[Result/conclusion]Social influence,promotion conditions,hedonic motivation,price value and effort expectation all positively affect consumers'adoption intention;the influence of usage habits and performance expectations on adoption intention is not significant;gender,age and city have a significant impact on consumers'adoption intention.The research conclusions expand the re-search context of information system user adoption and provide theoretical guidance for service providers'product design and operation strategies.
